Peak Ice Works is an innovative collection of ice trays and molds designed to improve the process of crafting ice at home while elevating the quality of what ends up in the glass. This ice mold makes one extra-large, crystal clear ice cube, to elevate a pour a quality spirit or craft cocktail. To use the mold, simply fill with water and place it in the freezer overnight. The insulated sleeve causes the ice to freeze from the top-down, forcing any bubbles or impurities to the base of the mold. Once frozen simply break the mold apart to release the clear ice cube.
